Teri Barron is our tour guide as we take a "walk together' in this Guided Imagery and meditative journey into deep relaxation. This simple exercise offers a powerful tool of Self-Care to experience the healing nature of water.

Teri is a Wind River Alum and has been practicing Guided Meditation for 36 years. A survivor of stage 4 lung cancer, Teri found it powerful to use guided meditation to imagine her lungs and cells filled with the healing effervescence of water.

Food is a perfect subject for mindfulness.  Eat to Live is a popular phrase in the plant-based diet world and it goes hand-in-hand with Mindful Eating. We will prepare a menu rich with beauty while engaging our gratitude, taste, smell, texture and all that our 5 senses desire as a roadmap to healthier living.

Shroom love will flow while we explore the health benefits of Asian mushrooms, specifically focusing on the mighty shiitake! Rich plant-based recipes to help you bring mushrooms from a side dish to the main event in your kitchen.  Together, we will prepare a pesto stuffed shiitake,  the BEST shiitake sandwich EVER, and a shiitake soup.
