"I walked away with so much peace and tranquility where there used to be anxiety and unrest. One thing that I am going to do differently is practice living with intent - thinking about one or two things each day that I would like to focus on, or bring in to my world. And if the day changes that intent, so be it. But at least I won't be aimlessly bouncing from one day to the next. Why? Because THIS is the best day ever!!!!

, Wind River AlumWind River has allowed me opened up my mind, body and spirit in ways that were so simple it was difficult. I was able to be STILL, and allow myself to be heard. Wind River taught me to "let it go" during the three blissful days of peace, calm and serenity surrounded by fabulous people in a beautiful sanctuary outdoors.
I came home relaxed and ready to be still, live in the moment, and do the next thing with a big smile...
Great memories, good times and awesome people! Love you both! Kellie, Wind River Alum
