- Be joyful AND vulnerable. They go together!
- Joy spotting- look for the little things, doesn't always have to be grand to bring joy.
- Even some of the most simple exercises can make an impact...like writing your hopes & dreams on "fly paper" (can't remember exactly what it's called) and lighting it on fire and watching it rise and carry its message into the universe.
- Slowing down, is my biggest aha for finding balance.
